I took my wheels there to have new tires mounted and balanced. The guy who was supposed to be working on my wheels said no problem, he'd been doing it for 30 years. Shocker, that guy was nowhere to be found when I came to pick up my wheels, and there were two new gouges in both of my wheels. $400 worth of damage and all Jay said was "We're not responsible." What happened to taking pride in your work and making it right for a customer?? Avoid at all costs if you take pride in your vehicle.

The worst experience ever! They rip you off, make you wait for service because their staff is not competent. Spend the money and drive to Lincoln! Female employee who works up front and answers phone is rude and believes she has the right to talk to customers however she wants. All we tried to do was get a tire fix! Waited over three hours. Don't know how he stays in business! Definitely lost my business and I will be sure to tell everyone I know to never go here for any type of auto repair!!! AVOID at all cost!
