The people at Z-Wireless/Verizon are not trustworthy neighbors. My 20 year old nephew took his Verizon phone to them for a new battery. Instead, they offered him a "free" phone (which they conveniently didn't have in stock), then proceeded to sell him a new, more expensive phone (which they conveniently did have on hand), a service agreement, and charge an activation fee for a whopping $260! When we called them on their scam, they nearly refused to let us back out of the contract and then added insult to injury and charged a bogus $35 restocking fee and a $10 reactivation fee on a phone we didn't even use. Beware friends -- thieves and scoundrels still exist on Highway 33 in Crete, Nebraska.
