This is the worst place to live load at. I got in the dock at 1pm and now it's 4:25 pm and they still haven't finish loading my load to Georgia. They just don't care about driver's time. They are very disrespectful towards the drivers because they know that they can get away with it.
And no place to park on ELD log has i had to call tow truck to move me off site there goes 800.00 off the top of load. Reason company does not offer line 5

Simple drop and hook easy in Easy and out not a problem. The two women in the guard shack and the one in receiving must hate their jobs. I'm generally a nice person and treat people how I want to be treated but to them I was just a piece of scum. Every one of them had a piss poor attitude and on the way out the Large Marge in the guard shack had to make sure she browbeat me one more time. Maybe if I had a pork chop dangling around my neck she would have treated me better. If you don't like your job go find another one but in the meantime your customer service really sucks and you should adjust your attitude
Guard shack was polite and quick. However, the ladies in shipping and receiving were rude about everything. The load will be heavy as hell, and your weight on their scales will be with you out of the truck. Do not have full fuel load when getting there, and watch your fill ups. I did get loaded in a reasonable amount of time though.
Slow has hell loading arrived@15:00 depart@01:15.
