Pretty good most of the time and when it isn't they take care of the issue

Fourth time we ordered pizza from here and the cheese is burnt. Gave it one last chance and again they burnt the pizza. Called and talked to a manager last time and she told me its the cheese they get, knowing that is not true. Tonight my son brought two pizza's home and they were both burnt. Tried to call them twenty minutes before closing and no one would answer. If you want great Valentino's Pizza, go to Lincoln, the Crete store's customer service and pizza is terrible! I personally will never get pizza here again!

We ordered the same exact thing that we usually get from a Lincoln Valentine's and drove almost 30 mins to find out that what they SAY is a large is really a medium in Lincoln and they wanted $25 for a stupid pizza. They are a rip off I would rather drive to Lincoln to buy pizza or go elsewhere. Will never be eating at Crete Valentine's AGAIN!
