We have had a Culligan water softener for over thirty years. We enjoy having soft water. It keeps our sinks cleaner.....so very little scrubbing. I sometimes go for several weeks with only touch ups. This really saves on time and cleanser and our sinks always look nice. It also saves on shampoo, laundry detergent, dishwasher deterrent, bath soap and hand soap because you only need to use about half of what you would normally use. The soft water just allows your soap to suds better. I know we save by using less product. We all also love the way our skin feels when we get out of the shower. Their delivery is efficient with super nice delivery personnel. Their office personnel are always efficient, friendly and helpful. What's not to love.
We recently had a whole house water filter installed and we also upgraded our water softening system. Without question, the service was outstanding in every respect. The work to be performed was explained to us in simple terms and was completed in a professional and very timely manner. Five stars -- Jason is the best!

Unlike the big box stores, when you call in for help/questions you actually reach someone you can understand and is not in another country. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and easy to work with They allowed us to do a payment plan so we could get water treatment. From the first phone call to the install date, it took only a week!! They did several follow ups to ensure the equipment was working!! We are very happy and will recommend Culligan of Crete to our family and friends!!! oh yeah, we even had someone come out to explain how things work, the different options we had, warranty information, and tested my water too for FREE!! The lady wasn't pushy and she knew her stuff!!
