I've never had a problem with the bank. The employees in Crete are very friendly and even know me by name.
I really didn't like the atmosphere I felt uncomfortable walking into this Bank, I really can't explain it I just felt creeped out, more than likely had something to do with their fake hellos and smiles I really can't stand fake people...
I find that the bank management there cannot provide impartial service to their customers. I recommend they attend a seminar on proper banking procedure and customer service.
